Project Facts: Egan’s IntelliBatch team provided batching controls for the installation of a Standley Batch Systems’ plant in Fort Lupton, CO. Egan was tasked with automating this complex three-mixer dual block and paver machines that can operate independently, including advanced color blending. The IntelliBatch team was tasked with maximizing consistency and efficiency in every aspect of the project, resulting in advanced automation controls with both onsite and remote operations customized to the specifications of the Basalite plant. Basalite operates a 188,000 square foot concrete product manufacturing facility that is constantly innovating within the industry. A painless install and more efficient batching system

From the early planning stages to the installation and programming of the batch system, Egan provided us with exactly what they promised: a painless install and more efficient batching system. We have a fairly complex setup; with two mixers, liquid color system, and multiple belts and aggregate bins. Egan understood our needs and did everything in their power to fulfill them

This system has increased our cycle and production time

With the added features of Egan’s batching system, our business has been able to improve its bottom line substantially. This system has dramatically increased our cycle and production time as well as improved product consistency. And, our operations people love the ease of working within the system. My only regret is that we didn’t utilize Egan’s system sooner!
